We deliver across the UAE and accept international shipping inquiries on request.

UAE Delivery

- Delivery cost: AED 30 (flat rate, VAT inclusive)
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
- Coverage: All 7 Emirates
- Delivered by trusted local courier services

Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for UAE orders only
- Our team will contact you by phone or SMS to confirm your order within 24 hours
- Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after 48 hours
- Please prepare exact cash in AED for the delivery agent

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your order with the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on request. For orders outside the UAE, please contact us before placing your order for a custom shipping quote based on your destination and order size.

VAT and Customs

- All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT for UAE orders
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
